Why Handyman Joe

Good work is more than turning a wrench.

It means showing up with respect, communicating clearly and treating the customer's home like it matters.

01

Clear communication

You should understand what is being done, what it costs and whether anything changes along the way.

02

Respect for your property

Work areas, belongings and the people living in the home deserve care and consideration.

03

Honorable pricing

The goal is not to be the cheapest handyman in town. It is to provide fair value, professional service and a business customers can call again.

04

Know when to say no

If a project belongs with a licensed contractor, permit-required trade or different specialist, Handyman Joe will tell you.

Common Questions

Before you call.

What does the $150 service minimum include?

It includes the service visit and up to the first hour of labor. Additional labor is $115 per hour after that, billed in 30-minute increments.

Can I make a list of several small repairs?

Yes. A punch list can be an efficient way to handle several small home repairs during one service visit, provided the overall work is appropriate for Handyman Joe.

Who purchases the materials?

Either arrangement may work. When Handyman Joe purchases materials, a 20% procurement and handling amount is added to material cost.

Do you take every type of construction project?

No. Handyman Joe accepts work appropriate for a California handyperson business. Projects requiring contractor licensing, permits or specialized licensed trades may be referred elsewhere.

What needs fixing at your place?

Call or text Handyman Joe and tell us what is going on. Photos are often helpful when requesting an estimate.
